E-praxisTM
Stingray's E-praxisTM methodology for Web site development is a flexible, customizable
process that is successful across the industries. E-praxisTM provides a means for targeting
your specific audiences and reaching them in a way that compels them to respond to your message.
Below are the core phases:
Discovery and Technical Requirements Documentation
- Meeting to determine and finalize business and marketing objectives, goals and purpose;
- Strategic planning, budgeting & scheduling;
- Systems analysis for site/software compatibility; and
- Technical Documentation production to make sure client and developer are "on the same page."
Final sign off and approval of function sets and requirements by client are completed here. Both developer
and client should have solid picture of what the final product will be at the end of this phase.
Core Design and Development
- Design prototypes production, refinement and approval;
- Site content is incorporated into site pages and applications; and
- Final in-house quality assurance testing is performed.
Beta Testing and Refinement (Developer and Client)
- Site and applications are reviewed and tested against the Technical Requirements Documentation;
- The process of finding bugs, incompatibilities, weak spots and flawed procedures or processes are done in a
timely manner and fully documented; and
- Refinement is used to fix any functional errors uncovered in the Beta testing period.
